Pengaruh Perlakuan Benih Menggunakan PGPR (Plant Growth Promoting Rhizobacteria) Terhadap Perkecambahan Benih Kedelai (Glycine max. Merril) Kadaluarsa

Abstrak. Benih kedelai adalah benih yang tidak mengalami dormansi sehingga selama penyimpanannya cepat kemunduran. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh perlakuan menggunakan PGPR terhadap perkecambahan kadaluarsa. Rancangan Acak Lengap (RAL) pola non faktorial dengan faktor diteliti yaitu 17/1jenis rizobakteri terdiri dari Acetinobacter sp., Azotobacter Necersia Sp, Pseudomonas capacia, Bacillus megaterium, diminuta, bedius, laterosporus, larvae, alvei, Flavobacterium coagulan, firmus, polymixa, licheniformis, stearothermophillus dan 1 tanpa diberikan (kontrol). Hasil penelitian membuktikan bahwa berpengaruh sangat nyata semua tolok ukur viabilitas vigor. sp. B.Polymyxa mampu menghasilkan nilai potensi tumbuh maksimum tertinggi 91,67 % menghasilkan1daya berkecambah tertinggi1sebesar 88,33 %. sedangkan B.licheniformis rata indeks vigor sebesar 65,33%.Kata kunci : viabilitas, vigor, B. polymyxa, licheniformis Seed Treatment Using (Plant Growth Promoting Rhizobacteria) On The Expiry OF Soybean (Glycine max L.
